I am an amateur photographer. That does not mean inexperienced or not serious about my work; it simply means that I don't make my living as a photographer; by day I am a software engineer. For me photography is a passion and something to enjoy.
When I shoot it is because I want to shoot, I shoot the material that interests me and I work with models whose looks appeal to me and who I want to work with. I don't worry about how marketable the material is or filling a spec, just the beauty I find in the model from each shot we do.
